Job summary

The Archdiocese of San Antonio seeks a Hall Coordinator to manage operations of St Leonard’s Parish Hall and be the main contact for all events. You’ll work under the Pastor to ensure smooth events and a positive client experience for parishioners and ministry leaders.

Responsibilities include opening/closing doors, turning on/off lights and AC, stocking restrooms and concessions, maintaining venue readiness, and protecting confidentiality while complying with codes and conduct rules.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer service skills and experience.
• Must have good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background and criminal history check.
• Professional demeanor and neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, maintains, and manages operations of St Leonard venues.
• Responsible for opening and closing venue doors for each event.
• Turn lights and manage venue AC/heating as needed.
• Ensure restrooms are stocked and venue is clean and prepared.
• Protect confidentiality of client information and adhere to codes and conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
