Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Southern Europe team in Paris, driving growth across the region. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure and a proven track record closing complex deals.

You will build a pipeline via outbound and land-and-expand motions, sell to marketing and data personas, and shape our go-to-market strategy in South EMEA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure.
• Proven success in building a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
• Experience selling to marketing and data personas.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions.

Responsibilities

• Expand Hightouch presence across Southern Europe from Paris.
• Close complex enterprise deals and shape the go-to-market strategy in South EMEA.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
• Develop relationships with marketing and data personas at senior levels.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams to ensure cohesive GTM execution.
