Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge between Hightouch and our Enterprise customers. You will guide onboarding, drive adoption, and ensure customers realize the full value of the platform.

You will translate customer requirements into actionable solutions, collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering, and evangelize best practices to maximize success and retention across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in a technology-focused role.
• Experience delivering technical projects with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to learn new tech quickly.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand our largest customers as a core Customer Success member.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive adoption in large organizations.
• Deliver onboarding for customers with organized project management and best practices-guided guidance.
• Provide proactive technical guidance across all products to customers.
• Work with Support, Engineering, and other teams on escalations.
• Surface use cases and feedback to Engineering to improve the platform.
