Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping-related services and activities.
• Maintain log of incoming/outgoing parcels and prepare for pickup.
• Utilize proprietary software and tracking systems to perform duties.
• Provide customer service and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Assemble parcels, weigh packages, and affix labels.
• Operate pallet jacks and other handling equipment where applicable.
• Follow safety and security guidelines.
• Assist in training center team members.
