Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a team member to coordinate inbound/outbound parcel activities within the center. You will process, stage, and deliver packages, interfacing with customers and utilizing an electronic tracking system with limited supervision.

The role requires physical stamina (lift 75 pounds), ability to stand for long periods, and proficiency with computer systems. Training and career growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Minimum six months of related experience preferred (Warehouse/Hospitality).
• Strong organizational and planning skills required.
• Customer-focused with good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to move 75 pounds unassisted and operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping-related services and activities.
• Maintain log of all incoming/outgoing parcels and prepare for pickup.
• Provide accurate customer service and problem-solving with minimal supervision.
• Operate proprietary software and equipment used for parcel management.
• Perform daily POS close-out and assist with training as needed.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and assist in center operations.
