Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping-related services and activities for the center.
• Maintain log of incoming/outgoing parcels and prep for pickup.
• Provide customer service, advise on shipping methods and rates.
• Operate POS terminal and handle package handling fees and close-out.
• Assist in training center team members and supervise as needed.
• Perform general duties including inventory control and office tasks.
