Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking aRecruiter to recruit candidates for day-to-day operations of a paratransit facility. The Recruiter will manage posting, resume review, qualifications, and onboarding, ensuring a welcoming, people-first candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of refining recruiting processes to improve efficiency. Customer service is essential as you represent the company to candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting or 5+ years supporting recruiting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in medical or sales recruiting
• Familiar with applicant tracking software

Responsibilities

• Review resumes against minimum qualifications
• Conduct telephonic interviews with potential candidates
• Walk new hires through onboarding
• Serve as employee advocate for new hires
• Coordinate with management to communicate candidate status
