Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have General Clerk III level experience.
• Six months of diverse clerical tasks.
• One year of education above high school with data entry/secretarial/business coursework.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily demand-response paratransit trips.
• Ensure ADA compliance and service level targets.
• Review driver and vehicle assignments and adjust plans.
• Maintain daily logs and passenger manifests.
• Handle patron and partner phone requests.
• Prepare and submit operational/service reports on time.
