Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of management experience in a paratransit setting or similar size operations.
• Experience with scheduling, personnel management and training is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of contractual obligations and company policies is essential.
• Experience with fast-paced operations and safety/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time performance and driver availability.
• Oversee all call center functions and customer relations.
• Identify, train, and mentor location staff.
• Communicate frequently with staff and support teams.
• Oversee safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Review key operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
