• Experience with fixed-route, commuter, or multi-modal operations.
• CDL Class A with passenger endorsement desirable; industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time performance and driver availability.
• Manage call center functions and customer relations.
• Identify, train, and mentor location staff.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with location staff and support teams.
• Review key operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
