Qualifications

• Minimum five years managing paratransit or similar demand-response ops.
• Experience supervising schedulers and dispatchers.
• Knowledge of FTA/ADA compliance and local regulations.
• Proficiency with Trapeze software.
• Bachelor's degree in business management; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily drivers operations and SOP implementation per policy.
• Be the main client contact; attend meetings and calls.
• Develop a CSC operating plan aligned with company strategy.
• Review budgets; drive revenue and margin growth.
• Ensure safety compliance; investigate incidents as needed.
• Foster team development and staff retention.
