Transdev seeks an ADA Eligibility Specialist Supervisor based in Chicago, IL, to review ADA paratransit applications, conduct interviews, and perform functional assessments to determine eligibility. The role supervises direct reports, maintains documentation, and supports the General Manager in passenger transit operations for the RTA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Rehabilitation, Ancillary Health Care Profession, or a related field.
• Certifications can include: COTA, OT, PT in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of ADA regulations and sensitivities to people with disabilities and older adults.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Determine final eligibility based on application, interview, and assessments.
• Conduct in-person interviews and reviews of provided information.
• Supervise ADA Eligibility Specialists.
• Provide written eligibility determinations to Client within required timeframes.
• Maintain documentation and applicant tracking for Transdev and Client.
