Job summary

MTM Transit seeks a Program Manager to lead the ADA Paratransit Eligibility Center operations in the US. You will ensure timely, compliant delivery of eligibility assessments, supervise the assessment team, and act as the MTM-client liaison to maintain contract requirements and high service levels.

You’ll mentor staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, conduct assessments when needed, and ensure documentation and reporting meet HIPAA and ADA standards while supporting continuous program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Rehabilitation, Ancillary Health Care Profession, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in public transportation or related field.
• Experience managing an ADA paratransit eligibility assessment program or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the Assessment team and support staff.
• Act as liaison to ensure client expectations are met and information requests are timely.
• Oversee contracted ADA Eligibility program compliance and reporting.
• Conduct functional and cognitive assessments as needed and determine eligibility.
• Ensure documentation, HIPAA compliance, and quality assurance for reports.
