Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care in Big Spring, TX seeks a Paraprofessional transitioning to a Behavior Technician role. You will work one-on-one with children, applying ABA strategies, and supporting communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior RBT is required as paid training is provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician, with room for professional growth within our collaborative team.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Please note: The position you will be hired into is a Behavior Technician (BT) role, providing one-on-one ABA therapy services in the Big Spring area. Your paraprofessional experience is a great fit for this work, and paid training is provided.
