Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care in Forney, TX is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children one-on-one. Job description

IMPORTANT — ANTICIPATED FULL-TIME, DAYTIME HOURS (FORNEY): We are currently recruiting for an anticipated full-time daytime opportunity in Forney. Specific schedules and hours depend on client needs and authorization.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Please note: The position you will be hired into is a Behavior Technician (BT) role, providing one-on-one ABA therapy services. Your paraprofessional experience is a great fit for this work, and paid training is provided.

Are you a Paraprofessional (Para) looking for a rewarding new opportunity? Your experience working with students has already given you many of the skills needed to succeed as a Behavior Technician (BT).

If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—no prior RBT certification is required.
