Bright Pathways in Giddings, TX is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy. No prior RBT certification is required; paid training is provided and paraprofessional experience is highly welcome. Work will be in the evenings in a supportive team environment.

You will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, under the supervision of a BCBA, and contribute to meaningful progress for the students and their families.

Qualifications

• Paraprofessional experience working with students is valuable.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children under supervision.
• Classroom experience helpful for connecting with students.

Responsabilités

IMPORTANT — PART-TIME, EVENING HOURS (GIDDINGS): This opportunity is primarily for part‑time evening hours in Giddings. Please apply only if this generally works with your availability.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Please note: The position you will be hired into is a Behavior Technician (BT) role, providing one‑on‑one ABA therapy services. Your paraprofessional experience is a great fit for this work, and paid training is provided.
