Bright Pathways is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Georgetown, TX. You will work one-on-one with children, supporting communication, social, and daily living skills under the guidance of a BCBA. Paid training is provided, and prior RBT certification is not required.

IMPORTANT - PART-TIME, POTENTIAL AFTERNOON HOURS (GEORGETOWN): We are anticipating potential part-time afternoon opportunities in Georgetown. Schedules are not yet confirmed and depend on client needs - please make sure this general schedule works with your availability before applying.

Pay: $20-$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Please note: The position you will be hired into is a Behavior Technician (BT) role, providing one-on-one ABA therapy services. Your paraprofessional experience is a great fit for this work, and paid training is provided.

Are you a Paraprofessional (Para) looking for a rewarding new opportunity? Your experience working with students has already given you many of the skills needed to succeed as a Behavior Technician (BT).

If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - no prior RBT certification is required.
