Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Laredo. You will work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills under the guidance of a BCBA.

No RBT certification is required; paid training is provided to help you transition from paraprofessional roles. Flexible schedules include morning, afternoon/evening, and weekend slots.

Qualifications

IMPORTANT — PART-TIME, MULTIPLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS (LAREDO): We are currently hiring for part-time opportunities in Laredo, with morning, afternoon/evening, and weekend schedules available. Schedules vary by client — please make sure one of these general schedules works with your availability before applying.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Please note: The position you will be hired into is a Behavior Technician (BT) role, providing one-on-one ABA therapy services. Your paraprofessional experience is a great fit for this work, and paid training is provided.

Are you a Paraprofessional (Para) looking for a rewarding new opportunity? Your experience working with students has already given you many of the skills needed to succeed as a Behavior Technician (BT).

If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—no prior RBT certification is required.
