Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care in Texas seeks a Paraprofessional transitioning to a Behavior Technician. You will work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, and implement plans under a BCBA.

Training is provided to become an RBT, with room for growth in a collaborative team. Ideal candidates have classroom experience and a passion for helping students reach goals; prior RBT certification is not required, making this a strong

Are you a Paraprofessional (Para) looking for a rewarding new opportunity? If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - no prior RBT certification is required.
