Job summary

Bright Pathways in Big Spring, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy. Paraprofessional experience is welcome and paid training is provided; no RBT certification is required.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA, work with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for families in a supportive team.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Please note: The position you will be hired into is a Behavior Technician (BT) role, providing one-on-one ABA therapy services in the Big Spring area. Your paraprofessional experience is a great fit for this work, and paid training is provided.

If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—no prior RBT certification is required.
