Job summary

Bright Pathways in Forney, TX is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students through ABA-inspired one-on-one therapy. This full-time daytime role offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician and meaningful work with children.

IMPORTANT — ANTICIPATED FULL-TIME, DAYTIME HOURS (FORNEY): We are currently recruiting for an anticipated full-time daytime opportunity in Forney. Specific schedules and hours depend on client needs and authorization.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Please note: The position you will be hired into is a Behavior Technician (BT) role, providing one-on-one ABA therapy services. Your paraprofessional experience is a great fit for this work, and paid training is provided.

If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—no prior RBT certification is required.
