Qualifications

At least one year of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience is helpful.
Automated litigation support experience valued.
Familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.

Responsibilities

Compile, prepare, and summarize materials for discovery and motions.
Summarize depositions and transcripts; maintain case files.
Perform basic legal research and citation checks.
Index, track, and control document discovery; manage exhibits for depositions and trial.
Assist attorneys in the courtroom and support FOIA/production requests.
