Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or ABA-accredited law school attendance.
• 1 year of legal training or experience, or 2 years of college education as substitute.
• At least 1 year litigation paralegal experience or related project experience required.
• Familiarity with legal research tools (LEXIS/Westlaw) and eDiscovery procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Compile and summarize materials for discovery and motions.
• Summarize depositions and maintain case files.
• Conduct simple legal research.
• Index and manage document discovery and exhibits.
• Assist attorneys in courtroom settings.
• Review documents for relevance per guidelines.
