Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum three years of bankruptcy and foreclosure experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, iManage and Adobe.
• E-Filing in state and federal courts.
• Knowledge of multiple states’ bankruptcy and foreclosure procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• E-file in state and federal courts.
• Record billable time per client guidelines.
• Draft transmittal letters and prepare legal documents.
• Conduct legal research regarding creditor rights and foreclosure law.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain calendars.
• Prepare and review foreclosure pleadings, notices, and motions.
