Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosure experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), iManage and Adobe.
• E‑Filing experience in State and Federal courts.
• Knowledge of multiple states’ bankruptcy and foreclosure procedures ideal.
• Strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• E-File in State and Federal Courts.
• Record/capture billable time per client guidelines.
• Draft transmittal letters and prepare/format legal documents.
• Investigate facts and conduct legal research as directed.
• Manage high-volume caseload with strict deadlines.
