Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; three years of bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosure experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), iManage and Adobe.
• E-Filing experience in State and Federal Court systems; knowledge of multiple states’ bankruptcy procedures.

Responsibilities

• E-File in State and Federal Court systems.
• Record and track billable time per client guidelines.
• Draft transmittal letters and prepare/cite-check legal documents.
• Investigate facts, prepare exhibits, and redact confidential information.
• Monitor deadlines and calendars; track foreclosure timelines and court orders.
