Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits


  • Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

  • Competitive pay based on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills


  • Support attorneys with personal injury case preparation, document organization, and litigation support.

  • Manage legal documents, case files, deadlines, schedules, and client communications.

  • Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal materials.

  • Help prepare case materials for hearings, mediations, settlement discussions, and trial.

  • 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury or litigation.

  • Strong understanding of legal document preparation, case file management, and litigation support processes.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and external parties.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Professional, reliable, and service-focused approach to legal support.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience supporting personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial preparation.

  • Familiarity with legal case management software and electronic document management systems.

  • Prior experience assisting with medical records, demand packages, discovery, hearings, mediations, or trial preparation.

  • Strong client service skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative law firm environment.
