• Prepare cases for depositions, mediations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and depositions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status, legal strategy, expectations, and next steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
• Prepare cases for depositions, mediations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and depositions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status, legal strategy, expectations, and next steps.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience.
