Job Summary

A growing legal team in Greenville, SC is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to provide hands‑on legal support, client communication, and case management assistance in a professional office environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail‑oriented legal professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys supporting attorneys while working directly with clients.

The Bilingual Paralegal will play an important role in helping cases move forward efficiently by organizing legal documents, coordinating deadlines, gathering client information, and supporting litigation, immigration, and/or real estate matters. This position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, a collaborative team setting, and the opportunity to grow within a legal organization that values professionalism, teamwork, accuracy, and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with day‑to‑day case management, client communication, document preparation, and legal administrative support.
  • Prepare, organize, maintain, and update legal documents, case files, client records, correspondence, and supporting materials.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and education.
  • Employment Type: Direct hire, full‑time.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Support attorneys with case management, legal documentation, client communication, and deadline coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain case files, correspondence, discovery materials, filings, and confidential client records.
  • Communicate with English- and Spanish‑speaking clients, courts, agencies, opposing counsel, and other parties.
  • Assist with litigation support, legal research, document preparation, and general legal office operations.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of paralegal or legal support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and case details.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Professional client‑service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard legal or office technology.
  • Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting litigation, immigration, and/or real estate law matters.
  • Prior experience preparing legal documents, discovery materials, filings, client intake documents, or case correspondence.
  • Familiarity with legal office procedures, court communications, deadline tracking, and case management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced legal environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
