Job summary

Ecolab seeks Paper & Pulp Engineering Technical Sales Interns to partner with Field Sales Representatives and learn account management, customer service, and problem solving for the Paper & Pulp industry. You will blend engineering with a consultative sales approach to build strong customer relationships.

The 11-week paid internship starts June 1, offers relocation assistance, and may lead to a full-time Associate Distrct Representative role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial or related)
• Graduating December 2027 or Summer 2028
• 11-week paid internship program
• Position requires a valid US Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Complete an independent project(s) under primary trainer's direction to yield calculated ROI
• Complete safety training and technical lessons for water treatment applications
• Observe and participate in service to customers to ensure proper chemical application and documentation
• Visit multiple customer sites across the region (40-60% of training in field) to learn best practices in unit applications
