Job summary

Ecolab invites undergraduates pursuing an Engineering degree to join a paid 11-week internship focused on Paper & Pulp Engineering Technical Sales. You will partner with Field Sales Representatives to learn account management, customer service, and how to apply technical solutions to drive business across a large customer base.

The program blends field work (40–60% in the field) with introductory safety and technical lessons, and offers a pathway to a full-time Associate District Representative

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Engineering graduating in 2027 or 2028.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
• Valid US Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete independent project(s) under trainer’s direction to yield ROI.
• Observe and participate in service to customers for accurate chemical application and documentation.
• Learn consultative sales approach and how technical expertise supports account management.
