Job summary

Central Texas Food Bank in Waco invites an experienced Market Manager to lead the on-site client-choice pantry and direct service pantries across 21 counties. You will oversee daily operations, engage with community members, and ensure programs meet requirements while expanding impact through partnerships.

The role requires 3+ years in program work, leadership experience, and a background in nutrition or public health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, health education, social work, public health or a related field required.
• 3+ years of program-related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, including supervision.
• Experience with project management, community nutrition, program design and evaluation preferred.
• Experience with a CRM system and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage programs within budget and on-time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CTFB client-choice pantry operations and direct service programs to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop strategic community partnerships to expand direct service programs.
• Establish program performance metrics and use data to guide improvements.
• Manage grants, budgets, and reporting to support program goals.
• Represent CTFB at community events and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on service excellence.
