Job summary

The Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank is seeking a Procurement & Pantry Lead to manage the pantry, warehouse, and daily food distribution activities at our on-site location. You will coordinate operations, food flow, inventory, and volunteers, ensuring food moves safely and with dignity from receipt to distribution.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this working lead role supports staff and clients while not handling hiring or budgeting. Join a team dedicated to community nutrition and resilience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food banking, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, grocery operations, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Workspace, databases, and organizational systems.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pantry and distribution operations to ensure a dignified client shopping experience.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, and warehouse activities with FIFO and safety practices.
• Lead volunteers and staff, providing training and ongoing support to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and OSHA/WISHA safety guidelines.
