Job summary

Marion-Polk Food Share, Inc. is seeking a Pantry Coordinator I for Iskam MǝkʰMǝk-Haws in Grand Ronde, OR. The role supports both on-site and mobile pantry operations, oversees volunteers, and coordinates distributions to communities.

You will handle client intake, inventory, and lead distributions as needed. The position requires flexibility, strong customer service, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports on-site and mobile pantry operations, including stocking shelves and guiding volunteers.
• Provides excellent customer service to clients, volunteers and donors.
• Under Pantry Manager direction, trains and guides volunteers and identifies priority tasks.
• Assists with client intakes, answering phones and reception.
• Manages confidential client information and referrals to resources.
• Acts as on-site lead during distributions when management is away.
• Maintains warehouse inventory and uses FIFO; communicates needs.
