Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Sumter, SC is seeking a Panelboard Coordinator - Line 3a (B-Shift) to plan, process, and track manufacturing information, schedule production units, and expedite materials to meet ship dates.

You will use AS400, DMM, Excel, and related systems; coordinate with production, material control, and customer service; attend Tier meetings; and serve as back-up Team Lead when needed. A minimum 3 years manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material and MIs to meet ship dates.
• Manage the flow of jobs through production and into shipping.
• Update master schedule and AS400 data; log information in required systems.
• Attend Tier meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain floor stock records and support continuous improvement.
