Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Production Technician (1st Shift) in Missouri. The position offers a $20.50 hourly rate with eligibility for a variable incentive program. Core hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with duties including wiring, assembling, and testing electrical control equipment.

You will assemble panelboards/switchboards from drawings, inspect products for quality, and use tools like wire strippers and pliers. Lean practices and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in an assembly role with hand/power tools or a one-year technical diploma.
• Residence within 50 miles; no relocation benefits offered.
• No CPT/ OPT or visa sponsorship supported.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards/switchboards per drawings and instructions using hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and conformance to specs.
• Wiring assembly of panelboards/switchboards using referenced tools.
• Maintain progress and report part shortages or issues.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment and support lean initiatives.
