Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to assemble panelboards and switchboards, wire components, and verify electrical/mechanical integrity. You’ll follow drawings, use hand and power tools, and ensure quality per specifications.

The role requires at least one year in an assembly environment or a year of technical training, with the ability to lift 35 lbs and work a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift. Overtime and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of assembly experience or one-year technical training with hand/power tools.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the location; relocation not offered.

Responsabilités

• Assemble panelboards/switchboards per drawings and work instructions using hand/power tools.
• Inspect, test, and ensure conformance to specifications and codes.
• Perform wiring assembly and verify electrical/mechanical integrity.
• Maintain quality and support Lean 5S practices; cross-train as needed.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and support test preparation.
