Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Lead for ProServe to shape global Pan-Amazon engagement, connecting AWS services with domain-expertise to enterprise outcomes. You will orchestrate multi-unit pursuits, lead cross-domain collaboration, and drive scalable delivery across regions and industries.

You will work with Strategy and Business Development, ProServe, and partners, guiding senior investment decisions and building reusable integration assets for faster deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Help ProServe teams globally connect Amazon’s operational excellence in Commerce, Supply Chain, AdTech/MarTech, and Customer Experience to the AWS services and domain expertise that make it actionable for enterprise customers.
• Orchestrate cross-domain pursuits when opportunities span multiple Amazon business units, aligning the right domain experts, sequencing engagement, and ensuring deals advance through qualification to close.
• Serve as the primary ProServe bridge to Strategy and Business Development, making ProServe capabilities visible.
• Support domain experts in making their production-proven solutions discoverable and deployable, ensuring what one team builds becomes available to every ProServe team globally.
• Work with domain expert leads and regional advocates to support deal structure and ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible.
