Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Pan-Amazon Strategy and Growth Lead in AWS ProServe to shape and drive engagement across Amazon business units globally. You will connect operational excellence in Commerce, Supply Chain, AdTech/MarTech, and Customer Experience to production outcomes for enterprise customers.

Lead multi-domain pursuits with senior leadership, orchestrate regional efforts, and enable scalable delivery models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Help ProServe teams globally connect Amazon’s operational excellence to AWS services and domain expertise for enterprise customers.
• Orchestrate cross-domain pursuits spanning multiple Amazon business units and ensure deals progress from qualification to close.
• Serve as the primary ProServe bridge to Strategy and Business Development to make capabilities visible.
