Job summary

Socotra, Inc. is seeking Senior Client Advisors to bring a luxury brand experience to our Palm Beach flagship at Royal Poinciana Plaza.

You will deliver personalized styling and exceptional service to a discerning, global clientele, building lasting relationships and contributing to store sales on a high-end, pop-up basis. The ideal candidate thrives in relationship-driven environments, brings polished style, and is comfortable owning client books, with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience, preferably in women's ready-to-wear or multi-brand boutiques (required)
• Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling, styling, and personalized service
• Strong understanding of client experience standards and foundational retail operations (POS, inventory, cash handling)
• Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus; comfort learning new systems is essential
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and key trading periods/holidays
• Active client book-building through walk-ins and private appointments to drive sales

Responsibilities

• Deliver refined, elevated experiences for every client from greeting to checkout
• Listen, advise, and curate looks aligned with client lifestyle and wardrobe
• Build loyalty through follow-up and personalized clienteling
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR targets
• Identify selling opportunities including cross-selling and upselling
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and store aesthetics
• Support stock receiving, transfers, inventory, and fitting room flow
• Adhere to loss prevention, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a high-performing environment
• Occasionally assume keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing)
