Job summary

Barbaricum, a rapidly growing government contractor, seeks a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join Palantir implementation teams and support client-user bases across the globe. You will train and mentor analysts, test and troubleshoot issues, and help develop new Palantir use cases while embedding with users worldwide and collaborating with Palantir personnel.

You will work on-site with client teams, build dashboards, and surface use-case gaps, leveraging your Palantir experience

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows.
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions.
• Remain current and up to date on Palantir platform features and capabilities.
• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with Palantir engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide timely and detailed feedback to Palantir engineering about product.
• Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
