Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative Analyst to support Palantir deployments for federal customers. You will train users, troubleshoot issues, and help develop new use cases while embedding with teams worldwide.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI or above eligibility, and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. You will collaborate with Palantir engineers and client stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required by government contracts.
• TS/SCI or above clearance eligibility is required.
• Hands-on Palantir platform experience (Foundry/Gotham/Gaia or similar).
• Ability to train analysts and embed with user groups onsite and remotely.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows and surface use case gaps.
• Develop relationships with users at customer sites.
• Build initial dashboards and assist users with questions.
• Stay current on Palantir features and capabilities.
• Staff Help Desk and troubleshoot issues with Palantir engineers.
• Provide timely feedback to the Palantir team on product and user issues.
