Job summary

Barbaricum seeks Operations and Intelligence professionals experienced with Palantir to join as Field Service Representative (FSR) Analysts. You will train users, test issues, and develop new Palantir use cases, embedding with clients worldwide to ensure success.

You will work with analysts, troubleshoot, and help surface use cases while traveling domestically and internationally up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required by contract.
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• Hands-on Palantir platform experience (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in classroom settings.
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows.
• Develop relationships with users and surface gaps.
• Build initial dashboards and assist with questions.
• Stay current on Palantir features and capabilities.
• Staff Help Desk and troubleshoot with Palantir engineering.
• Provide timely feedback to Palantir engineering.
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
