Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to support Palantir implementations for federal customers. You will train and mentor users, troubleshoot issues, and embed with client teams across the globe to understand workflows and surface use cases.

You will build initial dashboard products, stay current with Palantir features, and coordinate with engineering to provide timely feedback. Domestic and international travel up to 25% may be required; U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for government contract.
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in classroom settings.
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows.
• Proactively develop relationships with users and surface use case gaps.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with questions.
• Stay current on Palantir features and capabilities.
• Staff the Help Desk and coordinate with Palantir engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide timely feedback to the Palantir team about product and user issues.
