Job summary

Barbaricum seeks a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to support Palantir implementations for federal customers. You will train analysts, troubleshoot issues, and embed with user groups to understand workflows, delivering dashboards and use-case guidance.

Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally may be required. The role emphasizes training, strong communication, and collaboration with Palantir engineering to ensure client success across global sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia)
• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility as required by contract
• Excellent communication and training capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer sites and surface use case gaps
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with questions
• Remain current on latest Palantir features and capabilities
• Staff the Help Desk and collaborate with Palantir engineering to troubleshoot issues
• Provide timely feedback to Palantir engineering about product and user issues
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team
