Barbaricum seeks a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst with Palantir experience to support federal clients globally. You will train users, troubleshoot issues, and develop new Palantir use cases while embedding with client teams.

Domestic and international travel up to 25% may be required. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance eligibility are required to perform this role within a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia) required or highly preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI or higher clearance eligibility required.

Responsabilités

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows.
• Develop relationships with users at client sites and surface use case gaps.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with questions.
• Stay current on Palantir platform features and capabilities.
• Staff the Help Desk and troubleshoot issues with Palantir engineering.
• Provide timely feedback to Palantir engineering about product issues.
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
