Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Palantir Foundry Architect to lead technical direction for enterprise Foundry deployments in Atlanta. You will guide design, ensure security, reliability, and performance, and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, setting engineering standards, and cross-project planning, with travel under 10%. Bachelor’s degree required, 5+ years of relevant experience, Palantir Foundry expertise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience (8 years preferred).
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, improving practices.
• Palantir Foundry experience preferred.
• Agentic development experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir Foundry applications, workflows and integrations.
• Define implementation approaches, guide architecture decisions, ensure security and performance.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, coding standards, testing expectations, and support models.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and promote consistent engineering practices.
• Coordinate cross-project planning with product owners, architects, and managers.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and durable fixes.
• Communicate options and tradeoffs clearly to business users and leaders.
