Job summary

CLA is seeking a senior technical leader to drive Palantir Foundry projects, defining architecture, security, and deployment patterns. You will guide engineering teams across workflows, data models, and integrations, ensuring solutions align with business goals and long-term support.

This role requires hands-on design reviews, mentoring engineers, and cross-project planning, with a focus on reliability and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required; 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir Foundry applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, documentation standards, and support models.
• Guide use of Foundry capabilities (Workshop, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Functions, Actions, Code Repositories, security/access management, lineage, deployment patterns).
• Review complex designs and code; identify risks and ensure long-term support.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to engineers; raise team capability.
• Identify dependencies and cross-team impacts; align delivery with priorities.
• Serve as technical escalation point for production issues; lead root-cause analysis.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders.
