Job summary

CLA in the United States is seeking an experienced technischen leader to design Palantir Foundry solutions, set engineering standards, and mentor teams. You will drive architecture decisions, ensure secure and scalable implementations, and coordinate cross‑project efforts while supporting production readiness.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, pattern development, and collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade Foundry platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications, workflows, or platform solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts.
• Palantir Foundry experience preferred; agentic development experience advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, testing expectations, and documentation standards.
• Guide Foundry enablement and deployment patterns across teams.
• Review complex designs and code; identify risks and improve maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and promote consistent engineering practices.
• Coordinate cross-project planning and address dependencies.
