You will mentor engineers, review designs, and collaborate with product owners to align technical delivery with business goals. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of enterprise experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software engineering.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing technical designs and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir Foundry applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns and standards across teams.
• Guide Foundry platform enablement and deployment patterns.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers to raise capability.
• Communicate technical options and risks clearly to stakeholders.
